Andrew has an M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Tech University. But he prides himself over 10 years of experience working in the software industry for well-known companies such as Diebold, Tableau, Explorys, and Onshift.
After years in the corporate and startup worlds as well as running his own consulting firm, Andrew realized he had to do more to improve software products and practices. From that, Skiplist was born. Skiplist is the opportunity to focus on thoughtful, quality software and change the software consulting industry.
Justin Beall, VP of Engineering
Software engineer of 10+ years, craftsman, XP advocate, budding agile technical coach, product management/owner curious, believer in growth mindset, multiplier, servant leader, and fierce learner. Justin holds a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Akron and spent 6 years as a Combat Medic in the Ohio Army National Guard.
Throughout his career, he has worked with local government entities, insurance companies, and manufacturing companies. His last three ventures have been with SaaS startups, and the culture of personal growth and learning became intoxicating.
Chris Stoll, Sr. Software Architect
Chris has a Masters of Science in Computer Science from The University of Akron; his thesis explored novel applications of well understood computer vision algorithms.
Chris blends deep computer science knowledge with over twelve years of software engineering experience. He architects quality software solutions which are technically sound and economically efficient.
Charles Esau, Software Engineer
As a self-educated software engineer, Charles has 20+ years of development and leadership experience in the healthcare, government, manufacturing, insurance, legal, and finance industries.
As a full-stack engineer, he brings a rare combination of talents ranging from infrastructure to UX with a focus on end-to-end security implementations and enterprise-level scalable solutions. Charles is a customer-facing engineer that pragmatically works with clients big and small to achieve their development goals.
Scott Stahl, Software Engineer
A lifelong coding hobbyist, Scott made the career change to software development after 8 years in the lumber industry. He landed his first position at OnShift in 2016, where he honed his skills in Python, React, and Agile. Scott has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY-ESF and a coding boot camp education from the Software Guild.
He brings his passion for creating quality products and using new technologies to our talented team.
Samantha Wolfe, Marketing and Project Coordinator
Samantha is an experienced project manager with practical knowledge of marketing. She obtained a Master’s of Public Health degree from Kent State University and began her career in the public health and non-profit fields before making the jump to the software industry.

Jon has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Cleveland State University. He's been working in diverse roles inside organizations including small, sophisticated manufacturers and Fortune 500 engineering companies over the past eight years.
